 I moved from China to better myself and pursue new opportunities. My parents taught me the values of precision, dedication, and the importance of building lasting relationships. Those early lessons in hard work and attention to detail have shaped the way I approach financial management and continue to guide me in my professional journey.

Numbers tell stories. As an accounting manager, I get to be the translator who helps others understand what those stories mean for their business. Whether it's quarter-end reporting or strategic planning, I find purpose in making the complex simple.

I approach every project with curiosity. The accounting world is constantly evolving with new technologies and regulations. Staying ahead requires genuine commitment to continuous learning.

Success comes from equal parts precision and collaboration. I've learned that the most impactful financial insights come from understanding not just the numbers, but the people and processes behind them.

I’m genuinely interested in the companies we work with and always enjoy learning about what they’re building. It’s inspiring to see how entrepreneurs take an idea and turn it into something real. I find it rewarding to follow their progress and be part of the journey. I’m especially happy when I see their names appear and grow in our financial statements — it’s a tangible reminder of their progress and the role we play in supporting their success.
