Why we invested
MVP first invested in the technology behind Velaura through Auradine, where Rajiv Khemani and his team had developed an ultra-low-power approach to compute already proven at scale. We saw the potential for that capability to extend far beyond its original application, particularly as power became an increasingly important constraint on AI infrastructure. Velaura represents that thesis moving into physical AI, where performance and energy efficiency have to work together.
Partnership
As Velaura has taken shape, MVP has worked alongside Rajiv and the team on some of the company's hardest scaling needs. Our partnership has become especially hands-on around highly specialized technical talent, with MVP also helping Velaura build relationships across robotics, government, and defense.
